Meredith Bagdazian Brings Political Insight to Crosby~Volmer Team

California Native Relocates to Washington, DC for Consumer Education Campaign

WASHINGTON — Crosby~Volmer International Communications (CVIC) welcomes Meredith Bagdazian as an Account Executive. Bagdazian will be working on a national consumer awareness campaign, in addition to other projects.

Prior to joining CVIC, Bagdazian participated in the Jesse M. Unruh Assembly Fellowship at the California Legislature. This prestigious fellowship allowed her to work as a legislative assistant to the Minority Whip of the State Assembly while also completing graduate coursework in public policy and political science. As a legislative assistant, Bagdazian focused on human services, revenue and taxation, and public safety issues. She also worked with California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to plan a statewide summit addressing California's issues with high-risk sex offenders.

Having completed her fellowship in Sacramento, Bagdazian joined CVIC and will work in the Washington, DC office on formulating and implementing public relations strategies.

A native of San Diego, Bagdazian attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication studies. She has also worked for TynanGroup Public Affairs, where she developed public relations strategies for clients from the public and private sectors, including the Santa Barbara County Association of Governments, the City of Santa Barbara, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and numerous local development and land-use projects.
